Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Byco Tech. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipping)
We currently do not ship outside of Singapore.
5. Damages
Byco Tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It's also helpful to take photos of the damage.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, the package is out of our control. Byco Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at bycotech.sg@gmail.com with the subject line "URGENT: ADDRESS CHANGE". We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
